a | my world: cocoa daisy june 2012 kit

good morning and happy day after memorial day! :)

today i've got the full reveal of the june kit at cocoa daisy and my pages i made, so far. i will also have a post later with a project made for tattered angels. (ahem, mini book ;) )

here's the full main kit. it's so sunny and i love the exclusives this month. the diamond stamp set is so cool. you can make arrows and chevrons and flowers. not to mention cool diamond patterns! there are also exclusive ormolu flapper tags. SO CUTE.

here's the wide brim add on. i got this one and it's PACKED with great stuff! i especially love the jillibean yellow alphas and the american crafts tabs and chipboard frames from the chaps line.

the freckles add on. i did not get this one, but i wish i had. love the thickers and the tags and board stickers.

i did receive the embellishment pack. i just love those yellow flowers and the brads are adorable.

this is shades. the patterned paper add on. i also got this one and it's a good thing. i LOVE patterned paper. :)

don't forget the stamps. they are super cool, once again. i LOVE the ampersand! :) but, you all know i have a thing for ampersands.

hello, portland... i tried to make an embossed chevron with the washi tape (did i mention there's washi tape in the main kit?) in the main. i added the tape, covered with versamark, removed the taped mask and embossed with the white zing. it turned out looking a bit more like mountains than a chevron and i LOVE it!

tulips & mason jars...i deconstructed the simple stories paper and created my own background. embossed the ampersand stamp with black zing. stitched the whole page with silver thread.

hello, pretty tree...i removed the red center from the basicgrey flower and added a brad from the echo park pack to match the layout. and, there's a peek at one of the cool flappers from ormolu.
