the Cocoa Daisy crop is happening and it's SOON!!!!
look at all the goodness... i'm SUPER nervous about my class on friday night. SUPER nervous!!! eek! i'm sure it will all come together and will go well, it's just my first class at the crop and it's a lot different than a class in the store was. and, to be honest, i ALWAYS got nervous before the classes in the store. ;)
awwww... classes at treasury. :( i really, really still miss treasury and i really miss the girls. i do see of a few of them regularly, but it's just not the same. i don't have somewhere i know i can go to get a sounding board or a shoulder to cry on, if needed. we recently passed the 3 year mark since the store closed and i've been feeling a little nostalgic.
wanna see a photo or 2 from some of those classes at treasury? too bad, if you don't. LOL!
michelle came all the way from wenatchee to my "i love..." mini book class. :)
julie was, almost, always at my classes. :) and, boy did we have fun!
sometimes, we went to classes held by other guest teachers at treasury. guess who this one is??? :) i was so lucky to get to the store this day. there was so much snow and ice and i had a new car and we live near the top of the hill in town. (my town is pretty much on a hill and we live near the top)
sometimes, we had classes at the 20 hour crop every april. this is me and tammy t at the very first 20 hour crop i attended. i'm pretty sure this was late. haha! we look tired and, i think, this was the year we decided we were too old to stay up all night long. LOL!
and, we can't forget the holiday open house. we taught make and takes all night long and it was crazy. crazy fun, but still crazy!!! don't you LOVE julie's cute elf socks?
and, just for fun, one of my favorite photos of us. LOL!
ok. enough down memory lane.
hey, i've got an idea. if you were touched, somehow, by treasury of memories in bellingham, please leave me a little note with your story. i'd love to hear all about it. we'll call it the TOM love.fest.2012. thanks, again, elizabeth, for all you did for the community and me with your little paper store at cordata. :)
and i've got no excuses. :) we all get busy, right? i've just not really given the attention to the blog that's been needed. since i've last posted i've been to the pumpkin patch, my mom had a birthday, we had a cool harvest festival at work and i've made a few projects to share with you all today. :)
